Wiki restart tonight - 21:00-21:30 EDT

Hi all,

As a possible resolution to the constant stalling issue that is plaguing
the wiki, I'm investigating a few things.

The wiki will be restarted between 21:00-21:30 EDT (27/09/2010) to:
a) test a few different JVM garbage collection algorithms
b) alter the current JVM initial and total heap memory configurations
c) apply some MySQL changes to tune the database that backs the wiki

I do not expect to take the full 1/2 hour, but this is a heads up just
in case.
