Update to Infusion Progress Demo - prompt feedback requested.

Hey Jon,

Looks good to me!

Only one comment:

Once the progress reaches 100%, the progress bar and description disappear

At this point (re: end of demo), an enabled "Submit" button might not make
much sense. I understand it's re-enabled for the sake of demoing the
progress indicator again, but beyond that, is there much reason for a user
re-submitting a successfully submitted order? The demo-er can already reset
the demo and click submit again.

Something of a trade-off between reality and demo, I suppose, :)
