FLUID-2652 patch & new JIRA FLUID-3756

Hi everyone,

Justin Obara and I have released another patch for JIRA FLUID-2652.   The patch includes an Inversion of Control implementation to handle the blurHandler binding options.

We have also discovered a bug where multiple instances of inlineEdit can simultaneously be in edit mode.  The focus of previous inlineEdit instances should be lost once another instance has been invoked.
