Update: Infusion Builder UI redesign

Hi Jonathan,

With regards to the the FSS stuff, we can probably collapse it down to just the main FSS module. Currently the build script doesn't support providing them separately. They were modularized as part of an attempt to concatenate the css files; however, we haven't been able to properly do this yet.
