Component accessibility stack

Hi everyone,

As a follow up to our Infusion 1.3 roadmap, I've created a stack of components that we'll work on, roughly in order. We've got more or less three pairs work at the moment on fixes, so we'll be working on some of these concurrently. 

Here's the list of components and the people who have already signed up to work on them for this release. Once you're finished a given component, pop it off the stack, grab a buddy, and move onto the next one.
