Reorder and iOS 4.1

Hi Everett, 

Thanks for the tip. I gave this a try today on my iPhone. Although I did find it a bit hard to get the dragging working properly. I almost deleted one of my apps :) 

I'll play with it some more and look at it with some others as we begin to work on the reorderer.
