Infusion 1.2.1 release steps

The plan is to start working on the Infusion 1.2.1 release today. Below are the steps that we will taking for the release process.

add release related jiras
create an Infusion 1.2.x branch
apply FLUID-3679 patch to Infusion 1.2.x branch
apply FLUID-3692 patch to Infusion 1.2.x branch
update version numbers to 1.2.1
update the readme to include info about this fix
test
update FLUID-3679 with fix version and etc.
update FLUID-3692 with fix version and etc.
tag the release
test the tag
upload release packages to the website
update the 1.2 release page and add links to the 1.2.1 release package
update the demos on the website to use the 1.2.1 package
write news item for website
write announce e-mail
