Line numbers in demo portal (was Re: What role and interaction for Code/Plain in demo portal?)

FYI, the line numbers are actually supposed to be visible, but aren't right now (they're there, just moved aside by a bad padding value). This will be fixed along with the accessibility upgrades for FLUID-3728.
