Simple Inline Edit issues (incl. NVDA and IE8 testing) - please review

I have filed a few new bugs in testing Simple Inline Edit. Not sure how some
of these should be prioritized with respect to the current work, so I am
posting these to the list.

All testing done in Windows 7.

FLUID-3809: Context message not being attached properly to the element being
edited in IE8
FLUID-3810: Button graphics not appearing in IE8
FLUID-3811: Previous edits are being cached in IE8 even after resetting the
page
FLUID-3812: NVDA 2010.1 reading the word "blank" after edit interaction.
FLUID-3813: NVDA 2010.1 reading back the document filename twice after user
has made an edit.
FLUID-3814: NVDA 2010.1 text being read back may not be user friendly in
FF3.6.
FLUID-3815: NVDA 2010.1 text being read back may not be user friendly in
IE8.

I have not tested with JAWS or Orca yet.
