Drupal 7.0-beta1 released

Good evening all,

For anyone interested, Drupal 7.0-beta1 has been released.  You can find the download on the Drupal Core project page at:
http://drupal.org/project/drupal

As far as I know there will be an upgrade path from beta1 through to the 7.0 release.

if you do decide to test drive Drupal 7 and find any accessibility problems feel free to let me know, we know it isn't perfect, but it is a big improvement on Drupal 6.  There are so many people to thank for contributing to the accessibility improvements that I quite literally wouldn't know where to start.
