UI Options 1.4 tasking

hi all,

I've created a wiki page called "UI Options 1.4 Tasking" which lists the Jiras we're working on for the next release of UI Options.

It will serve as our to-do list as we work toward easier configuration, improved modularity, browser fixes, and adding UI Options to the IDI site.
