Inline Edit Demo

Hi everyone,

We have created a branch in the incubator (inlineEdit/FLUID-3763-describedby) and have decided to go with the inline edit demo from this branch for the upcoming conferences in Seville, Spain.   

The following accessibility fixes were made in this branch:
- Insertion of button located immediately after the container to accommodate the ARIA role of the inline edit
- Insertion of aria-describedby text for the component
