Bug: Keyboard trap in Rich Text Inline Editor with NVDA in Firefox 3.6 (critical?)

Hi Justin.

You are correct, it only appears to be a keyboard trap, but in fact it's due
to the lack of focus styling on the TinyMCE toolbar items. You need to tab
through the entire toolbar to regain focus on the edit field. Because there
are so many toolbar items and none of them getting focus styling, it just
looks like a keyboard trap.

I've filed a Jira for this issue:
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3865

<http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3865>Appears to affect FF3.6 on
Mac and Windows.

- Jonathan.
