Layout Reorderer Demo CSS and HTML clean-up patch review request

Hi everyone,

I have completed cleaning up the markup for the Layout Reorderer demo and
have posted a patch:

Most changes relate to styling:
- adding and removing styling as necessary
- changing classnames to match conventions

Some changes to interaction:
- When doing a drag and drop, the original module is no longer displayed
while there is a drag avatar.

Known Bug:
- It's possible that the invalid drop warning would appear even though a
valid drop marker is shown on the UI
