ping everyone in the channel

Good idea. I've set up my IRC client to listen for "fluid-everyone." Here's how I did it in Colloquy:

1. Colloquy > Preferences
2. Choose Alerts
3. In the "Highlight words" text field, I added the fluid-everyone keyword
