FLUID-3433: Fix extra "d" button and spinner/text overlapping issues

Hi folks,

I put up a patch for FLUID-3433 (http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3443) to get rid of the extra "d" button and also adjust the position and size of the download spinner so it does not overlap the button text. 

Can someone review the patch? 

Heidi and I will deal with the builder button issue, along with the IE6 button opacity problem, in FLUID-3448.
