testswarm code checkout may be out of date

The update does not run because of the following SVN error on update:

Conflict discovered in

Justin, that will require some manual intervention on your part I think,
since I am not clear on what has been changed in the codebase to make it
work with testswarm. Let me know if I can help beyond that.
