FLUID-3827: Reopened and a new patch is attached

Hi everyone,

FLUID-3827 (http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3827) is re-opened because the switch of the infusion library, which is used by infusion builder, from 1.2.1 release to daily build discovers 2 issues. 

One is the builder server script doesn't parse infusion library version number correctly when the version number contains non-digital or non-dot characters. 

The other is a few server unit tests fail because they are testing on "jQuery Delegate Plugin" that has been removed from 1.3.

A new patch is put on to fix these issues. Can someone please review it? Thanks.
