FLUID-3827: Fix PHP unit tests at infusion builder daily build

Hi,

The PHP unit tests at the infusion builder daily build site currently fail because a couple of manually-configured constants are not set. This jira issue is to pre-set the default values of these constants to the ones used by daily build so that the users can easily test our daily build.

A patch has been attached. Can someone review it?
