API changes in 1.3: Keyboard Accessibility Plug-in

Here is a summary of the Keyboard Accessibility Plug-in API changes that are currently expected to be released with 1.3:

New Options
-----------
    noBubbleListeners: false

Deprecated
----------
The "tabbable" functionality is deprecated, as it is now available in jQuery core.
(I'm not actually sure when this was deprecated, might have been for 1.2)

Dependencies
------------
As of 1.3, no longer dependent on the jQuery 'delegate' plugin.
