FLUID-3820: Parameterize db name at building infusion builder

Hi everyone,

The other thing FLUID-3820 does is to switch svn .externals from infusion library 1.1.2 to 1.2.1. This thought-to-be a simple one line change ended up stopping the infusion builder unit tests from running because the structure of JqUnit is changed in 1.2.1. An updated patch is up in the jira with more fixes on unit tests and ready for review.

Hi,

A patch is put up for FLUID-3820 (http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3820). This jira issue is to parameterize the mysql database name at setup stage of the infusion builder. This simpifies the process in the case that multiple instances of infusion builder are residing at the same server and competing the database.

Can someone review the patch? Thanks.
