FLUID-3754: List and Layout Reorderer Designs - ready for implementation.

Hi everyone,

After some discussions with various people, I have updated the designs for
the new Layout and List reorderer demos. The interaction for each demo
remains the same (tab or arrow keys to change focus, CTRL + Arrows to move,
mouse drag and drop elements), and most of the changes are in styling and
setting up a useful demo context.

(Related FLUID issue: http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3754).

I think that work can begin on implementing these changes to the current
demos. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
