[Decapod] Updated design for thumbnails (before and after image dewarp)

Hi everyone,

Attached is a new design for thumbnails in Decapod.

*Background:*
Decapod uses two cameras at slightly different perspectives to capture a
book's page spread. The resulting perspectives of the same spread are then
used as a stereoscopic pair to create a 3D map which is then used to flatten
/ dewarp the page spread.

After the image has been dewarped, the page flattened spread is split into
left and right pages and stored to the file system.

*The Original Design:*
The original design of thumbnails in Decapod reflects what is happening in
the backend. Both page spreads from both cameras are shown to the user, and
then split into left and right pages after dewarping - much like how the
system in the background is taking both images and generating two individual
flattened pages.

There are a few problems with this design - some of which are outlined in
the attached image.

*Updated Design:
*
After some discussions with Jess and James Gehrt last week, a new design has
been created that puts the user's interaction on the page spread level. This
helps keep the visual design cleaner, while removing the added complexity of
tracking changes to individual pages in a spread (see attached image for
more details).

The consequence of this design is that user operations are now carried out
on pairs of images (left and right pages) thus removing the granularity of
interaction. This should only affect the UI, and not how the backend has
been designed / developed.

Feel free to ask questions, make comments or suggestions.
