Trunk is frozen for the 1.3 release

Hi everyone,

We've finished all the final prep work for the Infusion 1.3 release. Trunk will be frozen until about noon tomorrow as Mike and I tag and release the code and the new Builder.

I'll let you know when it's safe to commit again. In the meantime, get yourself a branch. :)
