Nomination for Heidi Valles for Fluid SVN commit access

Hi everyone,

For the past few weeks I have been working a lot of Heidi Valles on Fluid
Infusion, specifically she has been taking on responsibility for getting the
demos in shape for the 1.3 release.

She has been submitting patches to numerous Infusion issues, and I would
like to nominate Heidi Valles for commit access to the Fluid SVN.
