Here's where we're at so far.

Update QA plans
harris is working on it
Rough Reorderer Tests
heidi is going through the demos and filed a jira or two
Verify and update all copyrights & licenses
needs review
Update Version numbers
Comment Unsupported API's
Update Readme (this can carry on through testsing)
started
Turn off Debug Mode
Justin's working on it
Remove DOS line endings
Update Dependencies
anastasia is reviewing
Implement Uploader backwards compatibility
colin is working on it
Write progressive enhancement unit tests
colin is working on it
Implement the initial tooltip wrapper
Write unit tests for FLUID-3487
needs review
Finish code reviews, and any code changes needed
michelle is working on it
Fix any new blockers that we spot along the way
