Bug Parade Countdown: The ice is coming, but not here yet

We've been pushing hard on fixes and upgrades for the 1.3 release. There's a lot of changes. However the inertia that we've carried through bug parade has been hard to slow down. There's still more work that needs to be done. Here's a list of what's left:

Update QA plans
Rough Reorderer Tests
Verify and update all copyrights & licenses
Update Version numbers
Comment Unsupported API's
Update Readme (this can carry on through testsing)
Turn off Debug Mode
Remove DOS line endings
Update Dependencies
Implement Uploader backwards compatibility
Write progressive enhancement unit tests
Implement the initial tooltip wrapper
Write unit tests for FLUID-3487
Finish code reviews, and any code changes needed
Fix any new blockers that we spot along the way

I'll try to keep a tally and cross them off as they are completed. These need to all get done ASAP.
