Demo code clean-up update.

Hi everyone,

I have gone through most of the demos and cleaned up text and markup. Where
needed, I updated / edited the demo.html instruction text (see FLUID-3283)
as well.

Demos updated:
- Rich text inline edit
- Simple Inline Edit
- Keyboard a11y
- Progress
- Grid Reorderer
- Image Reorderer
- Layout Reorderer
- List Reorderer


Demos untouched / left to do:
- renderer
- portal
- uiOptions
- uploader

If anyone can look into any of the above 4 demos to ensure the instructions
make sense and the markup conforms to accepted style and conventions?
