Layout Reorderer Demo broken?

Hi everyone,

The Layout Reorderer Demo appears to be broken:
http://build.fluidproject.org/infusion/demos/reorderer/layoutReorderer/demo.html

Elements can not be dragged between columns.

I also noticed that text was added to the drag bar areas. This was not in
the original design and now this text overflows when viewed in a small
window. What was the reason for adding text into the drag bar areas?
