Mobile features and functionality list

Great! I'll contribute what I have to the page, I went through the scenarios
and made notes of features for adding the mobile experience to the journey
frameworks.  My notes (and they are just notes!) are in a google doc

It'll be interesting to cross reference this list with Kevin's and yours.
We can chat about this in the design meeting.
