Really?? That's surprising (and really not intuitive). I guess I  
understand, though I wonder if the third-party stuff might be an  
exception to this. I thought that at least *part* of the motivation  
for a custom build tool was for the case of people who already have  
jQuery, and don't want to have to download another copy.
