Incubator and Scratchpad are on the daily build

Hi everyone,

The incubator and scratchpad are now hosted on the daily build server
and will be built nightly. Folks that use the incubator and scratchpad
- please ensure that your code checks out cleanly - if it doesn't it
will break the build.

You can find the incubator here:
http://build.fluidproject.org:8095/incubator

and the scratchpad here:
http://build.fluidproject.org:8095/scratchpad

It would be nice to have an index.html page in the root of both of
these that link to the things in incubator and scratchpad that we
would like to highlight. If anyone is willing to create these pages,
the JIRA issue for the work is FLUID-3186.
