Cleaning up the sandbox

Hi everyone,

I've been working on getting the scratchpad and incubator hosted on
the build site this evening. Currently, it's breaking on the checkout
of the scratchpad because there are a lot of externals that still have
the old directory structure from pre Infusion 1.0. I've been removing
these externals which I'm sure people on the commits list have
noticed. I removed them because the scratch projects are obviously
broken but I'm not certain that they'd work as the authors expected
with the current code base and I didn't want to have to test each one.
If I've removed something that you'd wanted there, please let me know
- I'll be happy to fix it.

I know that the scratchpad is meant to be just that - a space where
developers can play and try out ideas. We won't link to everything in
the scratchpad but there are many things in there that it would be
nice to be able to link to - such as James's wireframes and the
tutorial code.

The implications of hosting the scratchpad are that everything in the
scratchpad should be able to check out cleanly. This means we will
need to be attentive to externals that we use.

I'll let you know when I've got this up.

Michelle
