Heads up on minor renaming

Hi everyone,

I went ahead and implemented a minor renaming to our Eclipse projects  
for Engage. Details are here:

The project formerly known as MobileFSS is now called fluid-engage- 
client.  fluid-engage-sketches is now called fluid-engage-server. I  
hope this doesn't cause anyone inconvenience, but these name changes  
should make it a bit easier for people to organize and recognize our  
projects.

I also made a mistake when originally naming the external directories  
in fluid-all. The "engage" directory should be called "engage-client,"  
and the "kettle" directory should be named "engage-server." I think  
this change will probably have an impact on those of us working on the  
server-side of Engage (Yura especially), so I'll hold off on renaming  
until you tell me it's a good time to do it.
