[Decapod] Wireframes and Keypath scenarios available on Wiki

Hi everyone.

Yesterday there was a meeting to discuss current Decapod wireframes and
mockups.

The wireframes are low fidelity and meant to illustrate interactions and
general design. High fidelity wireframes will be done at a later time.
