Hi Sivia,

Please find attached the itinerary for next Tuesday's visit; apologies for
the delay in getting this to you.

You will also find attached a *Journey Framework* (called
art_gallery_ind_KIOSK.pdf); this is a schematic of how we visualize the
museum experience for an individual visitor. This was developed for the
Detroit Institute of Arts as a way for us to look at how their proposed
kiosk would impact the way visitors flow through the museum. We would love
to go through this with you as well to see if we can apply this same
framework with MOA's Reciprocal Research Network.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to
seeing you at 1pm.

Is there a specific place Kevin and I should meet you?

Best,
Leah
