Hi Sivia,

Meeting next Tuesday would work best for myself and my colleague Kevin. I
think we would only need an afternoon block to cover some of the topics we
would like to discuss. Is there a start time that works best for you?

I will be sending you an itinerary shortly. Thanks for taking time to meet
with us, we really appreciate it.

Best,
Leah
