JIRAs for Decapod Capture Images UI

Hi everyone,

I've put together a set of JIRAs that roughly encompass the tasks  
required to build the Capture user interface for Decapod. The umbrella

Boyan, Sveto, these will be helpful for you in understanding the  
development tasks required for this work. Michelle, Jonathan, and the  
rest of the community, feel free to add, edit, or comment on these  
issues with additional stories or requirements.
