JIRAs for Engage 0.3's My Collection feature

Hi everyone,

Michelle and I filed a number of JIRA issues that represent roughly  
the steps required to implement the new My Collection feature planned  
for Engage 0.3. Here's the umbrella issue:

James and Tona, it would be awesome if you could take a few minutes to  
look these over and add any other issues or stories required for My  
Collection.

Boyan and Svetoslav, these will be helpful for you in understanding
