The difference between fluid-all and fluid-build-all

You may have noticed the new externals project in svn 'fluid-build-
all' which is very similar to 'fluid-all'. Here's the difference:
fluid-all is intended for development and points to the trunk versions
of infusion, engage-core and engage-kettle
fluid-build-all is intended to be used for release testing engage.
Currently the externals point to the tagged versions of infusion,
engage-core and engage-kettle that will be shipped with the Engage 0.1
release.
Right now the nightly engage build is building from fluid-build-all
and is being used for release testing. Once testing is done, I think
we should create two builds - the nightly which should use fluid-all
and the release which should use fluid-build-all. I should have done
that in the first place.
Does this seem reasonable?
