broken link on the fluid website.

Jess asked me to do a review of the website and check for anything 
broken or which needed work

On http://fluidproject.org/products/infusion/ there is a broken link 
(text "available for download") which has been a known problem since 
last May.
Alison reported the issue here: 
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-2821

I've investigated the problem and added a comment to the JIRA with a 
suggested solution which consists of altering a css bottom padding style 
from 50px to 25px.
Since the release was today, I'm wondering if I can apply this change, 
or if it should wait.
