small update to final report on website

Hi all,

Jess pinged me this morning and asked me to add a pdf file to the final 
report website and also to edit the index.html on the website to link to 
that pdf file. I have done so.
I also followed up by creating an issue for this task FLUID-3293. I've 
uploaded the actual pdf and the patch to index html, but can't commit (I 
suspect I don't have permission).

So - would someone like to review the patch and commit both the pdf and 
the changes to index.html?
