Engage 0.1: tidying up and polishing

Hey all,

Here's a list of the remaining handful of tasks before we Enage 0.1  
freeze--any day now! ;) Justin and I will update the Bug Parade list  
tomorrow to encompass these tasks.

Build Scripts
  * Minify
  * Package src and production wars (i.e. copy to products directory)
  * Fix the name of the WAR files (call them engage-0.1.war and  
engage-0.1-src.war)
     - this will require changing the artifact name in Kettle's POM file
  * Finish setting up the Engage nightly build

Artifact Browse & View
  * Fix ENGAGE-119: A timeout occurs when trying to load the  
browse.html page
  * Fix ENGAGE-118: Refactor navigationList to allow for a default  
image to be rendered if none exists
  * Fix Artifact View not displaying the default image when no image  
exists
  * Remove the Related Artifacts link from Artifact View
  * Restructure and move Engage in SVN

Other
  * Create a README file (in the wiki for this release)
  * Code linting, removing commented out code, etc.
  * Review licenses and copyright
  * Create a landing page for Engage, explaining the product and  
providing some canned searches
