Engage restructing proposal

I think some directories should be discarded entirely then - they were made way back before the mccord demo, and need to be refactored to properly adhere to our conventions.

I.e. integration_demo should be removed (it was a test for the renderer+screenNavigator), mobileFSS_demo is being migrated into a portal demo. 

These are leftovers than never had a home.

Just one note - I think the 'infusionTesting' directory should be  
renamed to 'tests'.
