Blockers for Infusion 1.1.2

Hi Justin,

I committed your patch for FLUID-3257 and Jacob has committed his fix  
for FLUID-3274. I've reviewed both, and we've done preliminary testing  
for both issues in several browsers and with a handful of screen  
readers.

I'll wait for your signal, but I think we're probably ready to re-test  
the Infusion Builder with these fixes in place.
