Subversion for Fluid designers wiki page

Hey all,

I've just started a "Subversion for Fluid designers" page, which
includes some general notes about svn, as well as a quick-start
tutorial for people who've never touched Subversion before:

The page will be updated with a link to the design space in Fluid's
svn when it's created (likely to be
"https://source.fluidproject.org/svn/design").
