restructured mobile-fss space in incubator

Hello,

Today we just a quick restructuring of mobile-fss in the incubator.

This was to make the structure more closely resemble that which is in  
Infusion.

One thing to note is that the name of the space has also change.

mobile-fss --> engage-client

You can either do a clean checkout or do an svn switch. The new url  
is: https://source.fluidproject.org/svn/incubator/engage-client/
