infusionAll without Jquery embedded?

Hi Aaron,

Have you seen this wiki page: 
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Custom+Build ?
It explains how to build a custom Infusion package and exclude libraries 
such as jQuery.

We are working right now on a component to allow you to create a custom 
build from a web interface, but
it isn't quite ready yet.
