Bug Parade 1.1.1 Release

Below is the bug parade for the 1.1.1 release. I have already assigned  
a few of the issues to specific individuals. If you are able and  
willing to help out with any of the others please assign it to yourself.

Just a reminder that this is special release.

You will need to fix the issue in both trunk and the 1.1.1 branch.
