Wiki/Confluence and BugTracker/JIRA down from 6p EDT Friday, July 24th - 8a EDT Saturday, July 25th

Dear All,

We have scheduled an outage for the Fluid wiki and bug tracker for  
this Friday - Saturday to allow us to move to a more robust server.
Wiki/Confluence and BugTracker/JIRA down from 6p EDT Friday, July 24th  
- 8a EDT Saturday, July 25th

I will send another email once the services are back up.  Please keep  
this in mind while you're working on Friday.
